Akiko is an amazing photographer! She is professional, personable, and thorough with preparations. We had not taken family portraits for over 20 years, so I knew my choice of photographers had to be special and I hit the jackpot when a friend recommended Akiko. I told her all my wishes and desires about location, poses, and ambiance. She listened, made suggestions, and even worked with my daughter (who knows more about photography than her momma) on styling the house, potential locations, sunlight, shade…all the shop talk. In the end, working as a team, Akiko took the most amazing shots of our family. Her talent exceeded my already high expectations. Ya’ll I have been in tears daily as I look at these amazing pictures. They captured and now evoke the deep emotions, gratitude and love I have for my family. We can’t thank you enough Akiko! On top of all this, I have a new friend.
